kindly share information on your mode of transport

The transport service of NHG is not quite good. Recently we have heard of incidents that some children were scolded badly by the Lady attendent on the bus while trying to control them. They have outsourced the transport to some third party and hence don't have any control over that.

The transport staffs are not trained at all how to behave with children.
